Merry Christmas to all

This year for Christmas we got to go down to St. George and spend the holiday with my family. It was a small one this year but it was awesome. We went up to Cedar City on Christmas Eve day and went sledding. There was a pretty big jump and my backside is hurting because of it. I also got a nice snow facial while sledding down hill with John. His feet were dragging and kicking up the snow in my face. It was a ton of fun. The very best part of all for me was watching all the kids biff on the jump and run people over. Sorry I don't have any pictures of this event but here are some from Christmas morning.

Santa brought Jack some books and barn which he loves very much.

Happy Jack and Daddy after going through their stockings.

Thanks Grandma for the cute Christmas PJ's. Jack had an accident in his PJ's that is why he doesn't have his on.

This year we had a first we actually went for breakfast on Christmas morning. We went to IHOP in our pajamas except of course for Mom and Heather who changed into normal clothes.

You won't believe it but Jack actually ate normal food. He had several bites of pancake and enjoyed himself. Of course it was a big ordeal to get him to take the first bite.

Please don't be jealous... Jack isn't

Since there are so many of our friends that live so far from snow I thought I would share some more of Jack's adventure in the snow. As you can see from the video playing in the snow can hurt.

Last chance for snow play

Jack was going a little stir crazy today so I decided to get him dressed in his snow gear and go have some fun in the snow, this might be one of the last chances we have for a while.

Doesn't my little Jack Jack look so adorable in his snow bibbs? It was a struggle to get them on, he doesn't really care for overalls (don't mind the crazy eye.)

Jack took a few steps in the snow and then of course biffed right away. Once down he decided it would be fun to throw snow on himself.

After about a minute or so of doing this he realized that his hands were hurting because it was so cold. His poor little fingers were red. Inspite of that we stayed and played and had a blast being outside. I can't say that we will really miss the snow too much once we get to Arizona but is fun for now.
