super hero ann everett came to my family's rescue. this last week i had to have an unexpected surgery and my mom came down with only 24 hours notice to come take care of us. i was a little nervous and sad about the whole ordeal and i cried to my mom and she came. i know, i know i'm such a baby and i need to grow up but it just always makes me feel so much better knowing that my mom would be here with jack when i got home. we were so lucky to have her here for a week and she cooked, cleaned and even managed to deal with the demands of jack. i will forever be grateful for all the love and support she gives us. my mom has always been the greatest example of service and unconditional love and i hope that i can be 1/10 the person she is. i love you mom and i'm so glad i'm your daughter.

what surgery i hope everything's okay. mom's are the best, i think of my mom then i think of me and well, it's not good. i got your message and the other day and i didn't even know you had called. my cell phone is broken, i will call soon i promise.
